I have 42 years of teaching band, choir and strings in both public and private school settings. As a conductor I have taken my ensembles to state and national conferences, including performing at the prestigious Midwest International Band & Orchestra Clinic.

With a Bachelor's degree in composition and theory I have an established record as a teacher of AP Music Theory. Many of my students have received a 5 on their AP exam.

As a composer I have written for wind ensembles at all levels of ability. I am proud to be a published composer and enjoy working with directors to tailor a composition to an ensemble's specific needs.
